Profile: Varshitha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Don Bosco College, Bengaluru. During her undergraduate studies, she was an active member of the National Service Scheme (NSS), contributing to initiatives such as tree plantation drives and organizing college events. She was also recognized with the Bosco Luminary Award for her contributions to the Department of Management.

Her interests include Human Resource Management, sustainability, organizational development, and people management. She has completed courses in life skills, communication, and business fundamentals through NPTEL–SWAYAM (IIT Bombay). She has also contributed to research projects on topics such as social media and youth, herd behaviour in stock markets, storytelling in marketing, and job selection factors, with manuscripts currently under review.

At Dakshin, she supports various stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. She also maintains HR records, ensures compliance with HR policies, and assists in implementing HR processes and systems in coordination with the senior management team.
