Profile: Sahaya Rani brings over four years of experience in social work and community development, with a strong background in supporting marginalised communities, particularly in education, health, nutrition, livelihoods, and child-welfare programmes. She holds an M.S.W. (Social Work) from Alagappa University. Prior to her current role, she served as a Programme Officer, Child Line Counsellor, and Research Assistant, contributing to scholarly publications and conference presentations on topics such as mental health and the social impacts of media. She is passionate about participatory approaches, sustainable social interventions, and promoting holistic wellbeing for under-resourced communities.
