Profile: Rina is passionate about building a world rooted in equity, equality, and justice. With over two decades of experience, she has worked across rural and urban spaces – from teaching children and mentoring youth to heading the People & Culture team at her previous organisation – always guided by the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to thrive in ethical, inclusive environments. She loves travelling, especially to the mountains, and enjoys birding, reading, and crocheting in her free time. A firm believer in the need for human coexistence with other species, she emphasises the importance of maintaining balance with the natural world for a just and sustainable future. At Dakshin, she leads HR and Administration, strengthening internal governance systems and supporting fundraising efforts while nurturing strong donor relationships.
