Profile: Pradyumna Rout is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience working with national and international non-profit organisations. He has strong expertise in financial planning and budgeting, donor compliance, risk management, and statutory compliances, including FCRA, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.

Prior to joining Dakshin Foundation, Pradyumna worked with organisations such as Bhumi, Heifer International, Restless Development, and Girl Effect. In these roles, he supported finance operations across India and multiple international geographies.

At Dakshin Foundation, Pradyumna supports institutional financial planning, budget tracking, and internal and external financial reporting. He works closely with the Finance Manager on statutory audits, donor reporting and compliance, fixed asset management, and payroll processes.
