Profile: Pradeep has eight years of work experience in the development sector, primarily in education. He has worked with non-governmental and government organisations in various capacities. Prior to his current role, he worked with the Tamil Nadu State Planning Commission as a Project Consultant. He holds Master’s degrees in Development Studies and Biotechnology.

He believes that social development is most effective when community voices and state mechanisms converge. At the Dakshin Foundation, he works as a Senior Programme Officer under the SeaChange initiative, where he supports the Neithal Convergence Unit in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, by liaising with the district administration.

He is an avid reader who writes short stories in Tamil and publishes them on his blog.
