Profile: Vences has diverse work experience across multiple fields. He has worked in the slums of Bhopal, where juvenile delinquency rates were high, and in Goa among migrant children, who are often encouraged to beg rather than study. He has also worked with individuals suffering from addictions to drugs, alcohol, mobile phones, and other substances. Additionally, Vences has gained experience as an AR Caller in a medical billing company. Throughout these roles, he has accumulated significant experience.

Coming from a fishing community, Vences also has hands-on experience in fishing. Beyond his professional work, he has excelled in various sports, including kabaddi, cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, and athletics, and has received notable recognition in all of them.

After gaining experience in these different fields, he is now beginning his career as a Programme Associate in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
