Basudev is a cheerful and enthusiastic team member who brings great energy to the field. A native of Ganjam, he has an in-depth understanding of the region and strong local networks, knowing every nook and corner of the area.

Before joining Dakshin in 2024, Basudev worked as a bus conductor for three years and served as a Data Entry Operator at Radhakanta PPC (Paddy Procurement) under Ganjam NAC.

At Dakshin, he plays a key role in managing logistics and serves as the primary point of contact for all field visits to the Odisha base.

Outside of work, Basudev enjoys playing cricket, listening to music, and watching movies.
