Profile: Rageshkumar is a development professional with around nine years of experience in project coordination, community engagement and field-based implementation of social and environmental initiatives. He holds a B.Tech degree and has worked extensively with local communities, government institutions, and CSR partners across rural and semi-urban contexts. His professional experience includes planning and executing awareness campaigns, coordinating trainings and workshops, managing field teams, overseeing procurement and vendor coordination, and ensuring timely reporting and monitoring of project activities.

Rageshkumar has been closely involved in initiatives related to solid waste management, sanitation, environmental awareness, and community mobilization, with a strong focus on participatory and behavior-change approaches. He has experience working with diverse stakeholders such as Panchayat representatives, school authorities, youth groups, sanitation workers, and corporate partners, enabling effective on-the-ground collaboration and problem-solving.
